Yield: 12 danish

2 cups Jiffy baking mix
1/4 cup margarine
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons sugar
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup fruit preserves
Glaze:
1 package Jiffy white frosting mix
Cooking time: 10 minutes

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Lightly grease a baking sheet.
Blend baking mix, margarine, cream cheese and sugar together until the mixture is crumbly.
Stir in milk to for a dough (about 15 strokes).
Drop by rounded tablespoon onto baking sheet, about 2 inches apart.
Make a shallow well in the center of each with the back of the spoon, and fill with 1 teaspoon of the preserves.
Bake 10-15 minutes, or until lightly brown.
For Glaze:
Prepare white frosting mix according to package directions.
Drizzle over Danish while still warm.
