Ingredients

Yield: 8 servings
------------------------

1 pound stewing beef, cut into small pieces
6 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 teaspoon seasonall
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon onion flakes
salt and pepper to taste
1 large can V-8 juice
2 large packages mixed frozen vegetables
1 pound can white crab or claw meat
Old Bay Seasoning to taste

Cooking Instructions

Cooking time: 60 minutes

Put stew beef, bouillon cubes, Seasonall, celery seed, basil, onion flakes, salt and pepper together in saucepan.

Cover with water and cook until tender.

When beef is tender, add V-8 juice and vegetables.

Simmer until vegetables are fork tender, about 15 minutes.

Add crab and Old Bay Seasoning.
