Yield: 9 cups

3/4 cup minced onions
1 1/2 cups chopped celery (stalks and leaves)
1 cup margarine
8 cups corn bread cubes
1 1/2 teaspoons sage
1 teaspoon thyme
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
In a skillet, cook onion and celery in margarine until tender.
Stir margarine mixture and 1/3 of bread cubes. Turn into a deep bown.
Add remaining ingredients and toss.
Makes enough for a 12 pound turkey
