1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 small onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 clove garlic
1/8 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoon lemon juice
Combine egg, mustard, onion, salt, pepper; garlic, sugar, lemon juice and vinegar in the container of a blender. Cover. Whirl until smooth. Add oil slowly through center of blender cover while blender is running. Dressing will be quite thick. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
