1 package Knorr swiss vegetable soup mix
1 box chopped spinach, drained, squeezed and uncooked
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
2 (8 ounces each) cartons sour cream
1 loaf round pumpernickel bread

Cooking Instructions

Mix together all but bread and refrigerate overnight.

Hollow out bread, fill with dip. (see photo below)

Tear extra bread into bite size pieces, place around loaf.
