2 cup sugar
1-3/4 cup flour
3/4 C Hersheys Cocoa
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup boiling water
1 cup chocolate chips

Cooking Instructions

Bake for 35-40 minutes. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 baking pan

Combine dry ingredients. Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Beat for 2 minutes on medium.

Stir in the boiling water.

Pour into pan.

Scatter the chocolate chips on top.
Bake for 35-40 minutes
