Yield: 56 small hush puppies

1 packag Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
oil for frying
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup finely chopped onion or onion flakes

Cooking Instructions

Cooking time: 2 minutes

Preheat deep fryer oil to 375 degrees.

Stir all ingredients until well mixed.

Drop by level teaspoon into hot oil and fry about 2 minutes. (1 minute on each side).

Drain and serve.
