Yield: 8 servings

2 cups cooked turkey, cut up
1 jar (4 1/2 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 1/4 cup milk
3/4 cup Bisquick
3 eggs

Cooking Instructions

Cooking time: 40 minutes

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Grease pie plate (10X1 1/2 inches).
Sprinkle turkey, mushrooms, onions and cheese in pie plate.
Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 1 minute with hand mixer.
Pour into plie plate.

Bake until knife inserted between center and edge come out clean, 30-35 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes.
