2 tablespoons oil
2 medium onions, cut into pieces 1/4 inch thick
1/4 cup ketchup
pinch of cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon chili powder
salt
1/2 cup water
n a medium skillet, heat oil over medium heat; add onion slices and saute about 7 minutes until gold and limp.
Mix in ketchup.
Add cinnamon, chili powder and salt.
Pour in water; stir.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer uncovered for about 10 minutes
