1 bar (4 ounces) sweet cooking chocolate
2 tablespoons sugar
3/4 cup light cream
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
In a medium saucepan, heat chocolate, sugar and cream over medium heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate melts and misture is smooth.
Remove from heat; gradually beat into egg yolks.
Blend in vanilla.
Pour into demitasse cups.
Chill.
