Box of Spice Cake Mix
3 Eggs (Check the box to find out the exact number it calls for)
4oz Cinnamon Applesauce Cup (to use in place of oil)
½tsp Nutmeg
1 Apple
½ Cup of Raisins
½ Cup of Chopped Pecans (optional)
1 Can of Cream Cheese Frosting
Chop apple into small pieces.
Empty the spice cake mix into a mixing bowl. Add eggs, cinnamon applesauce, and nutmeg, and then mix.
Add apple pieces, raisins, and pecans to the bowl and stir in.
Place mix in a sprayed cake pan and bake. Follow the baking directions on the box for exact temperature and time.
When it's done give the cake some time to cool and then frost.
