1 pound potatoes
4 tablespoons margarine
1 small onion, quartered and thinly sliced (1/3 cup)
1/4 pound mushrooms, thinly sliced (1 1/2 cups)
2 cups cooked turkey breast, cubed
1 cup heavy cream
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
paprika
Cooking time: 25 minutes

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Pare potatoes and quarter; boil until tender; drain, cut into cubes.
In skillet, melt 2 tablespoons margarine ; add onions and mushrooms, cook until golden.
Off heat, stir in potatoes, turkey, cream, salt and pepper.
Turn into 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
Melt remaining margarine and mix with crumbs.
Sprinkle over mixture.
Finish with sprinkling of paprika.
Bake 20-25 minutes.
