1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tablespoon margarine
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
1 1/2 cups water
1 package Lawry's stroganoff spices and seasoning
1/2 cup sour cream

Cooking time: 15 minutes

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, garlic salt and egg; shape into 4 oval patties.
In 12 inch nonstick skillet, melt 1 tablespoon margarine over medium-high heat and brown patties, turning once.
Remove patties and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt remaining 1 tablespoon margarine over medium-high heat and cook mushrooms, stirring frequently, 3 minutes or until lightly browned.
Stir in water and stroganoff spices and seasonings.
Bring to a boil over high heat.
Return patties to skillet.
Reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes or until patties are done.
Stir in sour cream and heat through.
Serve, if desired, with mashed potatoes heated or hot cooked noodles.
