1/2 cup onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup margarine
1 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 can (8 ounces) sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
Cooking time: 1/2 hour

Brown meat and drain.
Add and sauté onion and garlic in margarine over medium heat.
Add flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms.
Cook 5 minutes.
Add soup; simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream Heat through.
Serve over noodles or rice.
